Candidate Assessment
At Fleming Executive, we begin by telephone screening every potential candidate to gauge their suitability. If they meet the initial requirements, they are invited to a more detailed in-person or virtual interview, which typically lasts around an hour.
Following this interview, if we determine they are a strong match for the position, we prepare a comprehensive profile outlining why they are suitable, including their current and expected salary and their notice period. Only candidates who have completed this thorough interview process are submitted to the client for consideration.
