MAIREAD FLEMING, CEO
Mairead is the CEO of Fleming Executive, bringing over 25 years of global recruitment experience across both permanent and interim roles. A Drama graduate from Trinity College, she has successfully placed senior-level candidates in a variety of sectors and is highly regarded in the Irish recruitment market. She previously served as Managing Director of a Dublin-based consultancy before founding Ascension in 2015, which has now evolved into Fleming Executive—her own company.
Mairead has appeared on TV3 Ireland AM’s Jobs Club and “The Apprentice” as an interview panellist. She also volunteers with schools, offering guidance on CV writing and interview preparation. When she’s not connecting top talent with leading organisations, Mairead devotes her time to her rescue dog, Chase, reflecting her genuine love of animals.
